220 ha opportunity in Wittedrift, with the Leermansdrift river flowing through the farm. Pine grows well in this area. Although the farm no longer has big established pine plantations, there is the second generation pine coming up. In order to replant, a timber license would need to be applied for. The current vegetation on the farm is a combination of pine, fynbos, some gum and some alien vegetation. It owns the majority of the northern slope and a big section of the southern slope in the Wittedrift hills with great views. The access is up the centre of the farm along the foot of the valley. There is only one other farm that has access through this farm. There are a number of good house sites worth exploring. Due to the fact that the land has been farmed, there are a number of timber tracks through out the farm making access easy.
